How Dr. Val Manocchio Lost 50 pounds in 4 months

At Doctors Best Wellness we are strong advocates of Weight Loss in South Florida. But to truly lose weight one must be motivated and have the right guidance from a professional. The best way to demonstrate the efficiency of my work to clients is by showing them an example “I lost 50 pound in 4 months”, on mostly shakes and bars; I was never hungry and I felt great the whole time. All possible by following this simple plan:

  • For breakfast I like to mix up 1 French Vanilla together with 1 California Strawberry in a Blender Bottle, then sip it on the way to work. Other days I have a Cinnamon Crisp N’ Crunch Bar or a Fudge Graham Crisp N’ Crunch Breakfast Bar with my coffee.

  • When I need to work late I microwave up one of our (TMR) Light Entrees, One night I had the Chicken Marinara over some green beans I had left over, “really tasty”. Last week I had Chicken Fajitas for lunch, made in the microwave, but at home I like to put the packet in a pan, put in some water and bring it to a boil while stirring; Cheesesteak Pasta is one of my favorites, protein packed super nutrition with only 130 calories.
